School Days

Yesterday was John's 1st day of preschool! It was a short day (just an hour) and the parents stayed and played with them. Tomorrow is another short day (and hour and a half) with no parents, and then the 1st whole day by themselves is Tuesday. He did really well. There are 5 boys and 4 girls in his class. He spent most of his time with a little girl Suzannah. They have 2 classrooms. One has the tables for crafts and such as well as some dress up clothes and trucks and blocks and things. The other room has indoor climbing eqipment and tool benches, puppets, and kitchens. He did the slide a few times and then pretty much stuck to the tool bench. It was like watching kids at Christmas with all these new toys to play with.

Mmmm, I like peas!
